Delete notwithstanding the technical questionability of the nom. Besides failing WP:GNG - the subject hasn't done anything that has garnered signficiant coverage - he is completely non-notable as a lawyer per my long-standing standards. I don't see that any of the awards are major. Lawyers do lots of things that get them an award or recognition. I have certificates and awards from the Sierra Club and local bar associations, and while I treasure them in my portfolios, they do not make me notable, either.
